The Samsung 9100 PRO 4TB M2 NVMe SSD with Heatsink is a high performance PCIe Gen5 storage solution designed for demanding gaming, professional workloads, content creation, AI applications, and compatible PlayStation 5 systems. It uses a PCIe 5.0 x4 NVMe 2.0 interface and M2 2280 form factor. The 4TB model delivers sequential read speeds of up to 14800MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to 13400MB/s.

The integrated heatsink is designed to help manage thermal performance during demanding workloads. The drive uses Samsung V NAND TLC memory, a Samsung in house controller, and 4GB LPDDR4X cache memory. It also supports PCIe 4.0 x4 and PCIe 3.0 x4 systems for backward compatibility.
