The WD BLACK SN8100 2TB M2 NVMe SSD is a high performance PCIe Gen5 storage drive designed for demanding gaming, content creation, professional workloads, and AI applications. With a PCIe Gen5 x4 NVMe 2.0 interface, it delivers sequential read speeds of up to 14900MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to 14000MB/s.

The 2TB model uses TLC 3D CBA NAND and DRAM, with random performance of up to 2.3 million IOPS read and 2.4 million IOPS write. The heatsink free M2 2280 design is suitable for compatible desktop and laptop systems, while the drive is backwards compatible with supported PCIe Gen4 and earlier interfaces.
