It uses a PCIe Gen4 x4 NVMe 1.4 interface and M2 2280 form factor, delivering sequential read speeds of up to 7400MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to 6800MB/s.

The 4TB model uses 3D TLC NAND and provides up to 5050 TBW endurance, with a 1.8 million hour MTBF and a 5 year limited warranty. It is designed for systems with an M2 PCIe Gen4 x4 slot and is backward compatible with PCIe Gen3.
